Refund Policy
We realize that in today’s fast paced lifestyles that plans are subject to change. Your boss cancels or changes your vacation because of business needs; you have a death or illness in the family; you have an accident or become sick;
We try to be accommodating to changes in students plans and make attending classes at Medellin Language Institute simple and easy but, we are running a business. We contract for teachers based upon student registrations and attendance;
Here are the rules for our refund policy;
If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival or class commencement, all class fees, minus your registration fee are refundable (and minus any PayPal or Credit card fees).
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival or Spanish class commencement are not refundable but you can receive a 50% discount on a future class (within a year) at a later date and do not have to pay another registration fee.
Payments for social mixers are not refundable if you are unable to attend or just do not show (for any reason). We plan food and beverages based upon the number of paid attendees.
Cost of materials are not refundable although sometimes we do buy back used books and materials based upon condition or need. We offer used materials to our college, senior and impaired students at a discount.
Now, that seems fair doesn't it?

Plan to attend our Weekly Sunday BBQ Mixers where you get to practice your Spanish with our female Paisa English students and they get to practice their English with you!
